1.1. Website and Mobile Application Owners and Operators. The Website and Mobile Application are owned and operated by Family Energy.

Because engaging in these activities is completely voluntary, you have a choice whether or not to provide Personally Identifiable Information through the Website or Mobile Application.
2.2. “Non-Personally Identifiable Information” is any information that is not Personally Identifiable Information and may include, for example, information about the device on which you access, install and use the Mobile Application or the device, computer or software on which you access, view and use the Website, such as your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, referring website addresses, operating system, network information, device identification number, unique numerical identifier that we create so we can recognize your device when it communicates with our server, and pages visited within the Website or Mobile Application.
